1. The service

MedicFlow provides AI-powered documentation drafting and educational support tools for UK NHS clinicians. The platform includes RefAI (referral drafting), Wrap-up (consultation documentation), Clarity (guideline navigation), and Rounds (CPD & reflection).

MedicFlow is operated by Haseeb Ullah trading as MedicFlow, based in the United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

MedicFlow is intended for use by qualified or student healthcare professionals. By creating an account you confirm that:

• You are a healthcare professional or student operating within a clinical or educational context
• You are aged 18 or over
• You will use the platform in accordance with these terms and applicable professional standards
• You have the authority to agree to these terms

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must not share your account with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@medicflow.uk
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Enter patient-identifiable information into any MedicFlow tool
• Use MedicFlow as the sole basis for clinical decisions without applying independent professional judgement
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce the AI outputs for commercial redistribution
• Use automated means to access the service (scraping, bots)
• Share, resell, or sublicense access to the platform
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls

5. Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in GBP via Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time via your dashboard — access continues until the end of the paid period
• We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by UK consumer law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Free tier queries are limited to 30 per month and may be changed at our discretion

6. Intellectual property

All content, code, designs, and AI system prompts on MedicFlow are owned by or licensed to Haseeb Ullah trading as MedicFlow. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

AI outputs generated in response to your queries are provided for your personal clinical use. You may copy outputs into clinical records for legitimate clinical purposes.

7. Clinical disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:

• We exclude all liability for clinical outcomes arising from use of MedicFlow outputs
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by UK law

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the service for maintenance with reasonable notice where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

9. Third-party services

MedicFlow uses third-party services including Anthropic, Supabase, Stripe, and Vercel. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply to their processing of your data.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms, without refund. You may close your account at any time via the dashboard or by emailing us.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will give reasonable notice of material changes.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
